I had pocket 10's and raised 4 times big blind. One player called. The flop came 2-4-8. I went all in! The other player called with J-9 OFFSUIT. Of course the river was a Jack. This can be a sick game sometimes.

Well the guy probably thought u had like AK or AQ and missed out on the flop and that is why u went all in. Alot of people do that but if you make a suspicious bet like half the pot he might think before making a call. Then again you never know with online players now a days.

I seldom play pocket 10 hard. The odds for someone to call and hit on the turn and river is big. Put just a small amount of chips in the pot and bet har when you got nuts.. Them 10`s are treatcherous... Same goes for jj 2!

That's poker, sometimes we have to see those players making sick calls and hit their cards.
I don't know you situation at the table so I can't say much about you play, but usually I don't raise or make a smaller raise with TT because there are so many cards that can beat that one.
